4. There is no guarantee that any member who place their resume will get a job to their satisfaction. It only provides a platform that that makes it convenient for seafarers to locate suitable jobs available and for the companies to locate suitable candidates.
5. sailorjob.com reserves all rights to change its membership and other service fees as and when it deems fit. The changed fee structure shall be acceptable to all registered members from past in order to continue their membership. In case where any member does not accept the changes made and wishes to discontinue their membership, shall be refunded their balance amount with us minus any administration and fund transfer charges.
6. sailorjob.com is open to franchise schemes, membership schemes, distributorship, sales, business offers and opportunities that will work to improve its service for seafarers and shipping fraternity.
7. It is strictly prohibited for any member or user to infringe or attempt to infringe the security of the website.
8. It is strictly prohibited for any member or user to interfere with services provided by this website in any form, without limitations, that affects the smooth running of this website or any service being offered to its members.
9. It is strictly prohibited for any member or user to access any data not meant for the user or log on to any other member account not intended for him.
10. It is strictly prohibited for any member or user to attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures.
11. It is strictly prohibited for any member or user to send any email or make phone calls with threatening, obscene and abusive language or a language that is not recognised as decent and civilised to any member or any non-member.
12. In any case where a user is breaking the terms and conditions as described above, or in a matter that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others, or violate the privacy or publicity or other personnel rights of others, sailorjob.com and/or the concerned entity shall initiate civil and criminal legal proceedings against any person or firm or company or organization indulging in such activities.
